Warranty

InertiaSoft warrants that the USB V2 Interface will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the original Purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty covers only FS One V2 products purchased through the InertiaSoft online store (www.fsone.com). Original proof-of-purchase is required for all warranty claims. Further, InertiaSoft reserves the right to change or modify this warranty without notice and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. This warranty does not cover modification of or to any part of the product, accident, abuse, misapplication, abnormal use or violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA) that accompanies the software. Return of any goods by original Purchaser must be approved in writing by InertiaSoft before shipment. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
