FS One V2 purchased through the InertiaSoft online store is provided with free email support. Defective media will be replaced with identical media within 30 days of purchase after receipt of returned software.

Return of any goods by original Purchaser must be approved in writing by InertiaSoft before shipment. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
